At blackcode, AI agents do most of the work. Some steps still need a person: a careful look on a real phone, a check of a short video, a second opinion on two texts, a first-time-user test of an app. We pay people who already work with AI to do these steps, per task, like gig work for software.
| Task size | Time | Pay |
|---|---|---|
| Small | up to 20 minutes | USD 15 |
| Standard | up to 1 hour | USD 30 |
| Large | up to 2½ hours | USD 60 |
Paid weekly, per task, to the account of your choice; details after the trial call. An honest "I got stuck, here's why" is paid too.
You use your own laptop and smartphone. We give you a small set of custom tools: our work app (the channel where tasks arrive and answers go back) and an AI assistant set up for reviewing. You never get access to our systems, accounts or data, only to the task in front of you.
If you work with AI every day, your AI's memory (ChatGPT or Claude memory, Obsidian notes, an MCP memory server) shows what you really do better than a CV. So we ask for a summary, not the memory itself:
It runs on your side. We never see your conversations or your memory. It's fully optional: the plain path (a few questions about your work) counts the same.
Using what you know about my work from our past conversations and your memory, write a skills summary for a job application, in English, max 250 words. Rules: do NOT include any names of people, companies, clients, products, places, emails, phone numbers, links, or anything private about me or others. Describe kinds of work, not specific projects. Sections: 1. What kinds of work I do with AI (3-5 bullets) 2. Tools and AI agents I use regularly, and for what 3. Two examples of problems I solved, described generically 4. What I'm careful about or notice that others miss 5. Roughly how long I have been working with AI tools End with: "Generated by my AI assistant; reviewed and edited by me."
